How long will it take to receive my order? Every piece at Sentia Motif is made-to-order just for you!

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to craft and package your jewelry.

  • Shipping Time: 

    Once your order is crafted and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location. We utilize a global network of printing and fulfillment hubs to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    • United States: 3 - 6 business days

    • European Union: 5 - 10 business days

    • United Kingdom, Canada & Australia: 5 - 10 business days

    • Rest of the World: 7 - 15 business days

    Please note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential weather delays, postal strikes, or customs inspections.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made of? We use premium-quality materials designed for longevity. Most of our pieces are crafted from high-grade surgical stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and won't turn your skin green. Our gold finishes are real 14k White Gold or 18k Yellow Gold for a luxurious, lasting shine.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly through our website using the "Track My Order" page or via our Live Chat bot.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy for our standard (non-personalized) items. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How should I care for my jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming or bathing. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions. When not in use, store your piece in the gift box provided.
