Because we focus on premium quality and personalization, our items are not pulled from a dusty warehouse shelf. Every single piece is made-to-order. Please review our shipping process below so you know exactly when to expect your new keepsake.
1. Production & Processing Time Before your order ships, it must be crafted, personalized (if applicable), polished, and securely packaged.

Note: During peak holiday seasons (like Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day), processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand.
2. Estimated Shipping Times Once your order is crafted and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location. We utilize a global network of printing and fulfillment hubs to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers. While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential weather delays, postal strikes, or customs inspections.
3. European Union Orders (VAT & Customs) We proudly ship to the European Union. To provide a seamless delivery experience, VAT (Value Added Tax) is typically calculated and collected at checkout for orders shipping to the EU. This means your package should arrive without unexpected tax bills at your door. However, please be aware that any additional local customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes imposed by your specific country's customs office are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot control or predict these charges.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been crafted and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately at sentiamotif@gmail.com. If your order has already gone into production or has been shipped, we cannot change the address, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. Sentia Motif is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered." If your package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating for an extended period), please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
