Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. Because our products are uniquely crafted, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items (Exceptions / Non-returnable items) Our jewelry is printed and made-to-order specifically for you, and many of our items are personalized with custom names, dates, or photos. Because of the highly custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind", buyer's remorse, or customer errors (such as spelling mistakes made during the ordering process).

Damages and Issues We stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item.

If there is a manufacturing error or shipping damage, we will gladly send you a free replacement. To resolve the issue quickly, please contact us at sentiamotif@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. You must include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

How to Start a Return or Replacement Request To report an issue or start a return for an eligible defective item, please contact us at sentiamotif@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (if a physical return is even required—often, a photo of the damage is enough for us to send a replacement). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period While consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right to cancel and return online purchases for any reason, please note that this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since our jewelry is made-to-order and customized for each buyer, these items are legally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds If a refund is approved (for example, if an item is completely lost in transit and cannot be replaced), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
